Homework Questions

1- Significant natural disaster is an Earthquake. An Earthquake is where a part of the Earth’s crust where it starts to shake. The crust will start to vibrate and will be
very shaky.

2- Earthquakes occur by Tsunamis and volcanoes. When a volcano erupts the ashes go in the sea which makes a tsunami. Then the presser of the tsunami on the ocean floor can be so strong and turn into an Earthquake.

3. Before an Earthquake happens no one gets a warning. An Earthquake can change geologic features and damage man made buildings.
It can kill people, trees, plants and animals. If the house you are in is damaged you have no fresh food or water.
When we lose trees a lot of animals lose their homes and lives. We also lose oxygen to breath.

4- The people respond by donations to the SES. The SES help people evacuate, rescue people and also help repair damage. Eg. houses, cars and animals.

5- One time when an Earthquake hit Australia it was in Newcastle. Many communities including the SES gave donations and helped the people recover.

i did like your blog but in alot of the sentences your group had added words to make it look longer which those words didn't need to be put in the task. i liked your blog because you put alot of different colours which stand out and your work was alos good because you had alot of interesting information in the paragraphs.

Whoever wrote this had a good try. The information was good. I believe that earthquakes make tsunami's and volcanoes.
